Learn how to read a Credit Report

 The mortgage industry is demanding a lot more today than ever before.  If you’re having a hard time getting your borrower's pre-qualified then you HAVE to take this class.  Before you submit another loan learn the credit report.  Submitting a file without reading (or understanding) the credit report is a sure way to NOT close loans!  Don't count on your Account Executive to tell you what you can find out within minutes of puling a credit report.
